Since 1st November 2011, licensed moneylenders will be restricted to advertising their service in the following channels:
- Business and consumer directories in print or digital media
- Internet websites belonging to the licensee
- Advertisements placed within the approved place of business, or on the exterior side of the wall, door, shutter, gate or window of the approved place of business.
